Here is the final work for this year - I was really keen on finishing this shade of white before 2016 ended. I am really pleased to say I did do that :) Below are the results, hope you enjoy them! :) Also, noteworthy is the fact that there is only one shade of thread left for the left hand side of the gobelin. But it'll have to wait for next year for it to be done :D:D:D:D

Thursday, 29 December 2016

Here is the work I did today - all in white, so all pretty much invisible, but it had to be done:

Friday, 23 December 2016

The work I did was not so much today, but because both colours are very easily recognisable on the gobelin, I thin it looks like a did a lot :D So happy and thankful that everything is progressing so well. Thank you!

P.S. The Small Detail picture is so big because the work I did today was pretty much all over the gobelin and so the "zoomed in" picture is not really much of a zoom in :D

Thursday, 22 December 2016

The work I did today was a fair bit. You can see from the images below that there is still even more to go, to just finish the left hand side of the gobelin (and fully fill it up with thread), let alone the whole. Let's hope they're correct that slow and steady wins the race :)

Wednesday, 21 December 2016

I did some more work in light green on the left hand side of the gobelin as you can see from the pictures below; more work to be done in this shade as well :)

Monday, 19 December 2016

I have been working in light green all day today and below, in the pictures, you can see the results:

Sunday, 18 December 2016

What a superb feeling to have finished with such a dominant green colour - plus two more little bits here and there on the left hand side. Tomorrow is a new week and a brand new thread colour beckons me :) Hope you enjoy these pictures and they bring a good end to a great weekend.

Saturday, 17 December 2016

Today was a very December feeling kind of day when it comes to the work I did on the gobelin. All green - very much like the colour of the Christmas trees adorning households up and down the country and the planet.

Friday, 16 December 2016

Not that much work done today, as I was not quite feeling as productive as I have been the rest of the week... but still managed to do some work with two colours (a brown and a green) though neither of these two colours is finished on the gobelin. So more work to do with both at some point in the future! Still - little work is better than no work :)

Thursday, 15 December 2016

So as I said yesterday, today's work is in colour other than black; or white for that matter. Anyhow, I did work for about four hours and as a result the area covered was quite large. Hence, why even the "Small Detail" picture below is of more than half the gobelin :D

Wednesday, 14 December 2016

For today I chose to work on all black. There is more black to do on the gobelin; what you see below is not the end of using this colour, however, that is all I had time to do within these past 24 hours. And tomorrow... tomorrow I'll be working with a different colour - I think this will keep things more interesting ;)

Tuesday, 13 December 2016

The colour work I did (for just under three hours today) is prominent in the pictures below. Love it when the progress made shows up so clearly for you guys and girls to see:

Monday, 12 December 2016

Tonight I worked in a very visible colour and filled in a few very visible gaps :) Here is to hoping you enjoy these new pictures as much as I enjoyed working on the gobelin today:

Saturday, 10 December 2016

Another very good day in terms of work done! Although it was a Saturday, I did manage to squeeze in four hours of gobelin time :) I finished off that shade of light blue I worked with the day before and also, although generally I do not like working in white (blanc) because you guys cannot see it, I thought it is very appropriate to do a chunk of work in white, seeing it is December and that, to almost anyone living in the Northern Hemisphere, sends thoughts of snow; and to be more precise of pristine, white snow! So :D

Friday, 9 December 2016

Another few hours spent working on this. Very visible where the new shade of blue is :)

Thursday, 8 December 2016

I worked lots and lots today - over five hours were spent on the gobelin. But it was so exciting - there is now pink in there. Not sure what purpose it will serve; I guess we'll have to wait and see :)

Thursday, 1 December 2016

The first time I worked on the gobelin this month, because... it's the first day of the month :p Just over an hour work is visible in the pictures below :)

Thursday, 24 November 2016

One hour work on this I could only spear that much today, taking into consideration it is the run up to the holiday season :)

Thursday, 3 November 2016

The pictures were taken in natural light, so I think they came out looking a bit...odd... but anyway, you can still see that I did about an hour's worth of work with the same light gray colour I've been using for a while. This is the first time I've worked on the gobelin this month , so here are the results:

Thursday, 27 October 2016

First time I've work on the gobelin this month. Sadly, I have the feeling it'll be the only time I work on it this month - I am super busy. Hence, why I only managed to get half an hour of work on this today. Very little done - but I think its still worth showing you.

Sunday, 29 May 2016

Managed to get some work done this month too :) Sadly, this will be the only time I work on the gobelin in May 2016. But there is always the time to come :D Here is the progress from an hour and a half today:

Saturday, 9 April 2016

I have started the work on the gobelin for this month using the same thread as I did last month :) Here is the progress from two hours today:

Sunday, 27 March 2016

Second day in a row I have had some free time to get back to my hobby! I'm so happy!!! I dont know why the lighting came out all funny, but either way here is what I did in an hour and a half:

Saturday, 26 March 2016

Finally I have had some free time to get back to my hobby!!! Here is what I managed to do in two and half hours:
